Below are some of are common questions:
After placing your order you will receive an order notification with your order confirmation along with your order number.
If you have any address issues, please email hello@lenuagelounge.com right away with your order number and address issue. If your order has already entered the shipping process / been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address for those orders.
We sure do! We offer International Shipping to many regions via USPS or UPS. We are generally able to ship to most international locations. However, this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Le Nuage Lounge is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.
US SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed.
Allow 1-5 days for shipping.
Pre-Orders: Please allow 6-8 weeks for your purchase to be shipped. You will be notified via email once your purchase has shipped and will receive tracking details as well.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed.
Allow 3-10 days for shipping depending on your country.
For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Therefore we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import. Delivery time vary due to customs clearance times.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking number of the shipment is provided it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if the items are not delivered when tracking states otherwise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused within 7 days with original tag attached.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost back to Le Nuage Lounge. You can exchange your items once per order.
