• Colors depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in color variations shown on the website.
• Customers are responsible for the importation of products into their country, and must obey regulations concerning the customer requirements.
• Amendments to orders should be made by contacting Le Nuage via email. (hello@lenuagelounge.com) Permission to amend an order will then be granted or refused. If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product without approval.

• Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
• Pre-orders are a wonderful tool for small business to help us be sustainable and also gauge what our customers want. Pre-order items may take up to 30-60 days to ship.

US SHIPPING:

• Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.
• Allow 1-5 days for shipping.
• Pre-Orders: Please allow 30-60 days for your purchase to be shipped. You will be notified via email and receive tracking details as well once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed.
• Allow 3-6 days for shipping.
• For all international customers, please be aware that NOT ALL packages shipped internationally will make it through customs without a tariff. Therefore we want to clearly communicate that to you, the buyer is responsible for ALL DUTIES, TAXES, and FEES at the time of import. Delivery time vary due to customs clearance times.

RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS TO YOUR ORDER AFTER PLACED. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED AND MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT WITHIN THE FIRST 2 WEEKS WITH ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED.

EXCHANGES:

WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING COST BACK TO LE NUAGE LOUNGE. YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS ONCE PER ORDER.

CUSTOMS CHARGES:

IF ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES INCUR, THEY WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY LE NUAGE LOUNGE.

LOST PACKAGES:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE TRACKING NUMBER OF THE SHIPMENT IS PROVIDED IT IS CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO THE SHIPPING PROVIDER AND REQUEST A REFUND IF ITEMS ARE NOT DELIVERED WHEN TRACKING STATES OTHERWISE.
